1. Terms for online self-studies.

These terms apply when you use the online programs at https://podiumnorsk.com and https://norskprep.com. The self-study program is owned by Podium AS, based in Norway, with organization number 984 398 123. For use of our online programs, we assume that you have read these terms and that you are over 18 years old or the legal age in your country for purchasing this type of service. If you are under 18 years old, or under the legal age as such, the agreement must be read and accepted by a parent or guardian. If you are not an individual, you must enter into a separate business agreement.

2. About PodiumNorsk and NorskPrep online service and self-study. 

These platforms are developed for adults, with different types of content in coherence with the Norwegian education system and requirements for the different levels of language and practice, and for the preparation of the public Norwegian Language Exam. The online services include educational materials with interactive content for learning the Norwegian language. Such as different types of assignments, texts, listening, writing, videos, and other content for enhancing your understanding of the Norwegian language. The number of videos, assignments, and materials available per subject may vary. The educational program is accessible on various types of devices and operating systems (mobile, PC, tablet, etc.), and you can use a limited number of devices at any given time. The self-study program does not include online support. 

3. Use of the Educational Program 

The educational program is for personal use and can only be used by you personally. You cannot share your password with others, resell, or use the educational program for commercial purposes. Unauthorized access to the educational program (hacking), copying content for purposes other than personal use, and sharing content on the internet are illegal and punishable offenses.

4. As a customer, you are responsible for familiarizing yourself with Podium AS’ terms and obligations and adhering to them. 

When you purchase an online subscription for the different language level courses, you are personally responsible for ensuring that the subjects and subject levels you have purchased provide the correct subject combinations needed to achieve the desired competence. As a customer, you will be charged the monthly fee for the subscription, until you cancel your subscription. Every subscription must be canceled on the last day of the month before. If a new month has started your subscription will not be cancelled before the last day in that month, and you will be billed accordingly.

5. Payment will be made on the website.

Payment is available using the following payment solutions:

• Vipps

You can buy a subscription to the self-study per month or three months. There is a discounted subscription fee for three months. If you have subscribed to three months of online self-studies, you will be automatically billed for the next month if you do not terminate or cancel the subscription on the last day of the month. A purchase, or billing of a monthly subscription, will not be refunded, as this is an online self-study program.

You will have access to the material you paid for as fast as the payment has been confirmed by the payment solution selected. The content shall be accessible via account when logged in to the page. 

7. Right of Withdrawal
When you order a subscription, you will be sent a confirmation of your order via email. The confirmation of your order will document the purchase agreement and is binding. When buying via our website you have the standard right of withdrawal, meaning you can cancel the agreement within 14 days of purchase or from the first time we informed you of the right of withdrawal.

If you have bought access to digital content with the intent to be enrolled in our educational program that is not delivered as a physical medium, and you log into the educational portal before the right of withdrawal has ended, you waiver your right of withdrawal, according to the Cancellation Act Section 22. n.

8. Changes We continuously work to improve the educational program in PodiumNorsk and NorskPrep online service and self-study.

If we raise the price without a standard price increase or new fees or make other changes that make the educational program less attractive for users, we will provide at least one month’s notice, and you can choose to terminate the agreement. We may occasionally update the terms. If we make significant changes that affect you, you will be notified.

9. Ending the subscription.

You will be able to find an option to end the subscription for the selected product/products you have enrolled in your account page on the website. There are different subscriptions you can be enrolled in, this includes 1 month and 3 months. When a subscription period has ended, you will be enrolled into a new period unless you as a user opt to end the subscription.
